Perfectly functional and a good travel companion
This travel powerstrip is similar in dimensions to the Monster power strips to go. I also have one of those. This one feels a little cheaper in the sense that the cable is not quite as sturdy feeling, and when it stores away (by plugging the end into one of the two outlets on the strip) it is not as tightly wrapped like the Monster power strip. However, the main reason I gave this a try is because the adapter for the USB ports is rated up to 240V inputs so you can take this thing with you to any country (The monster version is rated to only 120V). It works perfectly in that regards and still allows you to expand the number of outlets available in case you're short in the hotel or airport. Now it's all I leave in my bag...

handy for travel
I had an earlier generation of this that I ..."lost" (it was adopted by someone!) that was really well constructed and solid .... it was a high quality item. This one was a bit larger and generally bulkier (which is unfortunate because it is for travel purposes), and is less perfectly engineered (feels clunky & cheap). On the upside it has given me no problems, arrived promptly and this one has the usb ports (my lost one didn't) which is really handy. Yubi has updated the image and it looks like the design is back to the more streamlined look that it used to be. so ... maybe i should order a third! The concept is super handy for travel... one adapter plug plus strip solves a world of global travel related low battery head-aches.

Disappointed
It was a choice between 2- and 3-star. I chose 2-stars because the USB charger failed after just one day of use on a two-week trip abroad. I paid a good price for this, after doing extensive research to find the best. I'm going to try and return this for refund/replacement, even though I no longer have original packaging.

The USB ports are a must-have! All power strips ...
The USB ports are a must-have! All power strips should have them.It can be hard to plug things into it (especially US two-pronged plugs) but that's because there are little sliding "doors" that block the slots when not in use for safety reasons. It can be frustrating, but I get it.and YES, it comes with interchangeable adapters so you can plug it into the wall wherever you are. That wasn't completely clear when I received it.

Broke 5 min after using it
This broke within 5 minutes of testing it. The meal prongs on the inside of the main unit twisted and bent the moment I put something in. Returned it.

The quality is really bad and I immediately decided to return it
So not worth your the money. The quality is really bad and I immediately decided to return it. They charged me $13 and change for the UPS pick-up or $7 and change to drop off at the UPS location. Useless rip-off! If you need a good, solid, power strip for travel abroad, get the BESTEK brand.

Essential for a trip outside the US
Worked great! Handles up to 240v, so long as what you plug into it can take the higher than US voltage. USB ports very handy

Do Not Buy
The USB ports do not work. I tried them as soon as I got it, and they didn't work at all from day 1.
