NEBO O2 Beam 420 lm LED Flashlight, Black

I work as a security guard, and I bought this light for use at one of my larger outdoor posts, a half-abandoned apartment complex. The light is bright enough, and focused enough, to pinpoint individual windows from halfway down the block, and I love the fact that it takes AAA batteries instead of any of the much more expensive ones.Upon receiving the light, I tested it out and found that it wouldn't always turn on. I called customer support, explained the issue, and they said that they have had a few problems with the tailcap not making a good connection with the battery pack, and immediately shipped me a new, free, tailcap. Ironically, whatever the problem was, by the time the new cap arrived, the original was working perfectly and I couldn't even make it malfunction on purpose. I have since carried it on my duty belt many times, and even get in a bit of bragging about it too

I've using this lite for over 10 years. My farm fields are 500' across with trees on the outside perimeter along with coyotes.1.)The performance of this lite is appreciated very much & far out ways the poor reliability of the on/off switch. 2.) Looks like this lite is no longer being made/sold, which I find very disappointing.

My prized flashlight. This baby is like a tool, it's engineered and crafted to last a lifetime. The illumination from this flashlight is remarkable! First off, the packing was a surprise, the case and detail to packaging is a hint to what waits inside. The flashlight is solid, like most quality built products. I have rather large hands and this flashlight fits nicely, the rounded square center body feels right to me. I'm liking the rotating settings switch the more I use it, just different from the usual push/press switches.

The NeBo O2 Beam LED 420 Lumen light is outstanding. It far exceeded my expectations. Nicely packaged in a box that holds a black aluminum carry case.Everything about this light speaks quality.I received my light and ran it through a quick function check and almost couldn’t wait till dark to see how far the bright white beam would cast. That evening I was shocked on how clear and how far I could see with this light. Nothing short of impressive!I turned off the light to get a second chance to see just how bright this light truly was. It took two weeks and a number of calls to customer service to have a new replacement end cap/ switch, to get this light functional once again.Customer service was polite but firm that it would be a minimum of 7 to 10 days before I would see the replacement part. For my amusement customer service even gave me a BOGUS tracking number. When I called about the fact that the “Tracking Number” didn’t work, I was told that the number only took effect when the package was in my delivery area.I live in a state that shares a border with the state the manufacture calls home.If I mailed this company a check they should get it in two days. Why did it take 14 days to get this light working again?Love the light but feel that their customer service could be more eager to solve any problems with defective parts.As the police officer friend who told me about this light said ” You’ve got to get yourself one of these lights, they are amazing”

This product worked great for about 4 months. Went out and when I changed the batteries, its never worked again. Once you replace the batteries, the end cap doesn't line up anymore. Works great till you have to change the batteries, then its a big paper weight.... And ive never wrote a bad review but this thing really is a piece of junk.

I would skip this one, yes - has a nice beam (when it works) and some cool beam settings (like morse code and strobe) but it's relatively expensive, a bit clunky, heavy for its size, does not have a built in magnet or fluorescent light, and after only a few weeks of irregular use I now have to shake it on occasion to get the beam on (loose connections inside?). I cannot recommend this item to anyone.

The light is incredible. The beam has very little flood, so it's like a spotlight in your hand. I have a partner who has a 600 lumen light and the O2 is brighter, and projects further than his. The strobe function can really mess with someones ability to focus in a room clearing situation. It took me a while to realize that the glow in the dark button pulses. So, don't expect it to stay on all the time - which is good in a tactical situation.WARNING - don't look straight into the beam or reflect it back off a mirror.

I bought this for my boy as he wanted a new flashlight. He absolutly loves it. I am thinking of getting another one for myself to keep in our vehical. Inexpensive durability with great performance.
