Great jock!
Although the pouch is quite large, the waist band and straps are substantial. I ended up sewing the pouch more up into the waistband to take up some of the extra pouch. I used my sewing machine. It worked great for me and the pouch is now perfect although the lift is quite high and is evident while wearing.

Not an atheletic strap.
Bought this because it looked looked like a reasonably well made strap for a good price. The cheaply made single paneled pouch with is not well made at all and offers zero lift and support.
