Good comms from the company and product arrived on time. It was immediately obvious from the packaging that this product had been opened previously. We believe these to be seconds, hence the good price.The packaging also was not sufficient to keep the product undamaged. Both of the pots were damaged when arrived, but we decided to keep them as we really liked the tea provided. You can see from the pictures where the damage is.These are sold as brand new and as I said previously, we think they are actually seconds.

It started to rust and discolour only buy using water but tea is perfect flavour

Really impressed with this product. Excellent stainless steel quality, really easy to clean and it makes great cups of Turkish tea. I know it is a couple of teapots but it does look smart on the kitchen counter. Really pleased to see it has the steam hole on the side of the main water boiler to allow steam to escape when heating the brew pot. This is a small tea pot holds about 3 mugs of tea.When removing the brewed teapot form the main kettle place it on a tea towel as there is still water condensation which is hot and drips, this applies to all turkish teapots due to the nature of the brewing.Very imptressed and highly recommended.
