10/10 recommend. I have no idea why this particular model is 20-30 dollars less expensive than similar models, but it works absolutely perfectly. It also paired easily with my Google Home Mini & I'm able to turn on and off the light/alarm with voice commands. Waking up at 5-6AM has been a huge struggle for me in the winter (when it's still dark out), and using this alarm, I am super calm with a "naturally" wake up to light and bird noise. Using this alarm has entirely reduced my morning headaches/nausea, and I no longer wake up feeling sick/exhausted. I still always set an extra "normal" alarm on my phone for 10 minutes later (after this alarm, in case the lights/bird noises don't wake me up), but this alarm alone as woken me up 100% of the time.To pair with your Google Home, you just have to: download the Smart Life app, plug in your alarm clock & make sure the pairing light is blinking rapidly, set up your alarm clock as a light fixture in the Smart Life app (I don't think it matters which one you pick), make sure your wifi is on 2.4 GHz/you have Bluetooth on, the app will autodetect your alarm clock, and you give your alarm/lights a name in the app. Also in the Smart Life app, you can also set the alarm/adjust settings, and there's a pop-up where you can pair the device with your Google Home. When clicking on this prompt to pair and you "sign-in" on the Google Home app, it asks for your Smart Life phone number & password. You just use whatever email address (not phone number) and password you used in your Smart Life app. I couldn't figure out my Smart Life password, so I just reset it under my user profile on the Smart Life app and it worked. It took me about 5 minutes to set it all up. Hope this helps.

It's a nice light, but the buttons are hard to understand (especially when you're in bed in the middle of the night). Worse, the alarms don't integrate with the alarms in Google Home, so I don't use the gradual light feature. You also can't change the colour of the light from Google Home, like you can with other coloured smart lights, even though you can change the colour from the app (but it doesn't remember the colour you chose, and the colour choice is quite limited—the 'purple' light is pink). Similarly, you can't set the radio frequency from Google Home; only from the app, and the radio isn't very good.But it's fantastic that it gets the time from the smart home network (one clock fewer to mess with for daylight savings), and it's quite an attractive unit overall, so I've decided to keep it.

This light changes everything. I changed jobs and needed to be at work by 8 am no matter what. After 38 years in restaurants, I was worried about this. I found I had no problems adapting in the spring and summer, but when fall started, I learned what my issue was. I could no longer wake up when it was dark outside. This solved my problem IMMEDIATELY. I wake up rested and often before “the birds start chirping”, my alarm tone. I set the light to phase on over 40 minutes and chirp for 10. It’s only not worked once, but I was very sick. I love this light! I especially love that I can set much of it up in the app.

I wasn't too sure about this wake-up light when I ordered it. But do not worry. The book guides you through the setup, which is very easy. I had absolutely no problem setting the clock up. And I love this light. it's really beautiful! It is well worth the money!

I love the 7 colors sunrise simulation and sunset fading!!The natural sounds are also pretty amazing. I usually use my cell phone to play natural sounds. Now, I could use this wake up light. FM Radio and alarms also work well.It looks so cute, even could be a table decor.

This product only worked once, and then I left it without use for 1 month, and it doesn't work anymore. As a mechanical engineer, I tried to fix it but I failed. Don't waste your money on this product, it is definitely overpriced with poor quality.VX: ChristineLi17

Alarm clock works great except USB charging port. If it weren’t for the charger falling out so easily every time it’s touched, would’ve received 5 stars. Every time my daughters presses any button, the USB port charger falls out easily, very disappointing.

Sometimes you come across something that changes your life and you want everyone to know about it. This is one of those things. I now wake up without hitting the snooze over and over, feeling awake and energized. In fact I Liked it so much I bought a second one.
