Wrong charger in box, charger was also broken. Phone works, was at 18% upon arrival.

Phone arrived quickly in very good condition. Unfortunately, I specifically ordered this item because it was suppose to be DUAL SIM. That was so disappointing to get the single sim version.

This item was delivered in immaculate condition - as new, no scuffs nor scratches. I suspect it was unused and new. It has worked faultlessly. There is no down side with this phone and I am delighted with the purchase as it was great value for money.The package arrived on the day advertised, but we were not at home and the courier did not try to leave it with a neighbour. There was no way to access the couriers site to give an alternative delivery instructions. As a result the box arrived squashed from the extra battering it received by the courier and a but everything inside was okay, however the sim removal tool had been lost.Overall I am well satisfied and would return to this seller in the future. However I would suggest another courier service or to seal everything in a postage bag to prevent loss.

Cosmetically its great. But I noticed that after using it for an a little while that the phone started getting really hot. And they battery life didn't last as long as it should. So it's not as great as I thought it would be considering all the great reviews. Had the charger only few hours and it's not working now. Rubbish

I bought this phone to replace a galaxy s7 whi h I have had a number of years and was getting very slow. This s10 is an Amazon renewed phone and arrived looking like new. You don't get the original box and just get a charging cable, but the cost saving on a new model is very good. I really like it - it charges very quickly and connects to the Internet very quickly too. The battery life is better than my last phone but not as good as the latest models available. That's not an issue for me. I bought a bumper case and screen protector for it for under £10. I would advise getting these, as they will protect the phone if you drop it. Pleased I bought it. Amazon renewed is a good idea!

First time I've bought and set up a mobile myself but price of a new contract pushed me. Now using a sim only card with unlimited data for less than half what I had on a contract. Took one day to set up using YouTube and Web instructions. I have a fully functioning smartphone with all my previous apps working and all the up to date data transferred wirelessly from my old phone so nothing needs inputted. It's as new and performs as such .... plus it has a headphone socket which is why I did not get this years model!

Good value - delivered quickly and works really well - fab present and fun to be using the new phone
