Anyone who has taken a decent shilajit before will know that this has little to no effect compared to them. I think the concept of ease of use is good (so extra star) Just snip and go. However the claims that taking shilajit makes in terms of well being doesnt happen on this. Taste is sweet but still not pleasant.. but the taste isn't why people take it... its for the benefits. I wouldn't buy this again. I dont think the dosage of pure shilajit is enough for me.

There was a subtle sense of tingling throughout my body. My mind felt clear and concentrated. I take mine in a smoothie or I simply add in warm water every single day !
