This product came with everything you need in a cage for a hamster. However, i am getting a different cage tomorrow because during the night my hamster managed to open the cage door and I just caught him in time. The plastic of the cage came already broken.

Hamster escaped on 2nd night. Pushed open one of the 3 doors. Discovered him missing in the morning. Several frantic hours later we found him behind the bookcase and luckily managed to get him back in. We now have 6 little safety pins keeping the doors closed. Not entirely convinced he won't escape through one of the holes blocked off with bits of plastic. Wouldn't recommend.

I love this cage...third one l bought... so l can make different combinations and extend it as l wish .... my robo loves it ... tubes are nig enough for syrian too..however l think this style is more suitable for dawrf hamsters really ...Seller packed well and delivered on time

Bought this cage for active hamsters and the wheel was too noisy. Emailed the seller who advised to remove the wheel! Returned because of this.

My dwarf hamster loves to snuggle in small places and climb through small areas so this cage is good for her.In my opinion it is far too small to stay in for long periods, so I take her out of it as much as possible. With the handle on top and the small size I get the feeling this was designed for the convenience of humans in mind - not the hamsters well being. It's a shame as it could have been much bigger and still been convenient for humans.A couple of tubes were missing from the box, and they are not cheap to buy separately.It's fiddly to clean and annoying that on each level the plastic end panels and side cage panels are not permanently attached to each other.The wheels are quiet. If they become loud I put a small dab of WD40 on the shaft. If you don't have WD40 then some marge does the same job!The wheels are loosely attached to the side of the cage and on the first day one fell off in the night. I have used cable ties to make them secure.The water bottle seems to have broken already (3 weeks) and drips water constantly.Pros - Gives your hamster different places to explore hide and levels to choose. Can be extended.Cons - Small. Extra tubes are expensive. Fiddly to clean.

I have 2 Russians dwarfs in this cage and they love it. Plenty of room for them to run around. Never had an issue with them escaping. The only down side is that the tubes seem flimsy and are difficult to to put back together after cleaning. Some spares in the box would be a great idea, although you can buy them separately.

1) this cage is dearer than the cage I have for my hamster (I have the Alaska hamster cage) and it’s also far too small2) the wheel is far too small for any species of hamster3) my cat escaped and I’m very disappointed

Bought this with two gerbils from pets at home. It’s all made out of plastics with soft rubber connectors for the tubes etc. The gerbils have ruined it over the last 6 months. Chewed and destroyed everything. Can’t even buy spares for it. Went from 3 floors of the tank to just the basic bottom tank with the lid on until I can get a new tank next week. If you have rodents that chew everything this is not for them.
