My dryer was making a horrible squeaky noise. I asked a repair shop to give me a quote and I almost lost my mind. I looked on YouTube and found the part online and it was a five minute fix. And it only cost me the amount of the part. Money well spent. This part was a great price and fast delivery.

0% chance this is a genuine GE part as described. No part numbers, no material recycling info, typical knock-off finishing.That said, it fit. Will see if this lasts 25 years like the original…

Noticed dryer was squeaking a lot. Then the heating element died. After disassembling the dryer noticed this piece was wore out. Squeaking noise culprit found! So after a new one of the some slides and glides and the bottom felt dryer working good as new! So nice they designed this as a separate pice to the bottom!

I got this since my dryer was making noise (squeaks every rotation). In the end, I only replaced the glides and put in new felts (small felt rectangles WE9M31) and kept my original bearing installed. After observing several dryer repair videos on you tube, my bearing seemed to be in good enough shape to hold the glides--although I did have to glue one glide in place with elevated temperature adhesive since the tab on my original bearing was broken.The installation of felts, glides, and bearing assembly (if needed) is an easy 20 minute job once you figure out what to do.Note that if you do get this bearing, it comes with new felts installed in it already (but no glides come with it). The assembly appears to be the exact same as what was in my dryer, so I am leaving a 5 star review for it.I never knew GE would have replaced roller bearings with glides that wear out...

Replacement part for the worn and broken hard plastic top bearing piece of our GE front load dryer Model # DCVH515EFOWW. This fixed the loud squeaking noises we were fed up with. Also replaced the 4 bearing drum slides and the felt strip around the inside door.

Easy to install, ensure you replace the four bearing slides at the same time. Also a good opportunity to give the internals of your dryer a good cleaning and vacuuming!

Exactly what I needed, and I didn't want to have to pay someone 3 times this just for the part, plus labor. It is a fairly simple, straight forward fix, mine needed replacing because my drum belt broke, and the drum slides had been worn to nothing. I replaced the belt, this front guide, and the slides. Easy peasy, thank you for selling replacement parts.
