Spare the Back
I was initially reluctant to buy this item because of the plastic tub and the potential concerns about it cracking under stress. But had to get the 15 yards of mulch in my driveway spread ASAP. Assembly took about an hour with the only hickup being the warning to NOT overtighten the nuts on the undercarriage. Factory setting would have left the entire assembly with some real 'wobble' in the system. However once in action, I cannot praise this wheelbarrow enough. Overall, it appears to be made of quality materials with the tub being made of dense and thick plastic material. I will try to post a followup after a full season's use. Specifcally, it hauls a lot of material per load. It is perfectly balanced when loaded so that a minimum of effort is required to move from one place to another. It is easy to tilt and off load. It is stable during all phases of loading and unloading. The mulching project took much less time this year than in previous years and I was trying to recover from a pulled back muscle at the same time. This wheelbarrow helped keep the strain off my injured back.I liked it so much that I passed it on to my step son who has so many large projects around his house that it will get a real work out. I may end up getting another unit just to have around this place for the next big haul project. Very highly recommended.

Tires & Steel Corrosion - Not to Worry
I just bought this and like you, read the reviews about the odd tire size, the poor tire quality and how quickly the steel corrodes. I'm an engineer so after looking at other wheelbarrows I and kept coming back to this one because of the design. Two wheels are much more stable than one. The load center of gravity is nicely balanced over the axle. The tray size is just right, larger is too hard to move, smaller means more trips.Axle Size - The axle is 1-inch diameter (1"x28-1/4") and very heavy. I've assembled other wagons, wheelbarrows and carts from the big box stores and never seen an axle with a wall thickness like this one.Tire Size - The tires are made on China. No brand name on the tire. The hubs are 1-inch diameter to fit the shaft which is much larger than most carts and wheelbarrows that come with 5/8-inch hubs to fit 5/8-inch axles. The tire size is 4.8/4.0-8 which is an 8-inch diameter wheel (rim). The wheels (rims) and tires are available on Amazon from a number of suppliers and the tires can be bought separately or in pairs. And they can be bought as a wheel and tire assembly. So I'm not worried about replacing these tires. My big gripe is I wish they came as run-flat tires.Corrosion - I decided to buy some Rust-Oleum and paint all the steel parts before assembly. It's easier to do now than later. Besides I can customize the color and in so doing make it stand-up outside storage. So far so good. This cart makes a great durable lawn and garden tool.

The concept is good in some respects
The concept is good in some respects, but two wheels means that it can't go through narrow spaces or up planks. I found my one wheeled barrow to be far superior in snow. The quality also is much to be desired. The handles bend easily when carrying heavy loads. Last all, when storing it, it will not go vertical easily, which means it is constantly collecting water when it rains. And still one more thing, the tires don't hold air but constanly become flat due to bad seals around the wheels. Don't buy this.

Poor design and expensive wheels
I've used this wheelbarrow daily on my horse farm for about 2.5 years. The body has held up well but I can't recommend it for a few reasons:1) It is not easy to dump. Tipping it up will only get about 80% of the waste out of it. You have to grab the bar at the rear behind the wheels and push it over more than vertical to get it completely empty. I usually dump off the edge of a ramp so this is a little easier but if you try to dump onto the ground it is really a chore. While you have it past vertical you also have to pull it backwards towards you to get everything out. I don't understand the logic of this design. What's the point of a wheelbarrow that can't easily be dumped?2) For the same reasons it's difficult to dump, you can't leave it standing up on its front end to drain or just to take up less floor space. It can't balance like that.3) The finish on the metal bar underneath it peeled off within weeks of first use, allowing it to rust.4) And the dealbreaker: One tire just stopped holding air and we realized the valve stem had rotted through. After a few days of being underinflated, the sidewall separated too. Of course it is now 6 months out of warranty and the axle is so thick that I haven't been able to find a replacement. I am not keen on ordering from the manufacturer, which according to other reviewers charges $60 a wheel! I would rather just buy a new (and better) wheelbarrow at this point and know I won't have the problem again.

A little overpriced, quality not as expected
This is reasonably well balanced, but (like any other wheelbarrow), you won't be able to push it up even a slight incline with anything over about a 200lbs load. The problem is that the handles are wide and you just can't push with any force. A cross-bar to slip over the handles would no doubt help with this, and could be made pretty easily.I used it to move 10+ yards of topsoil and had to pull it a lot of the time on inclines, but for grass, branches etc it's fine. The metal pieces seem cheaply made, with the "powder coating" being paper thin - it's more like paint. A few scrapes on concrete and the front is already rusting.Assembly was indeed a bit of a pain, and I think one of the arms on mine is bent slightly. And the wheels are now squeaking (time for an oiling I guess). My biggest gripe is that I have no idea why a few bits of cheap bent metal, a plastic bucket and a couple of wheels should cost so much. I was expecting better quality for my money.
