Easy application.
Worked great on outdoor table and benches. The oil went on easily and wiped off without issue. The smell was not bad and cleanup was a breeze. Go heavy on application so oil can set in and use more than you think you should.

Best on the Market
This is a follow up to my first review as I’ve purchased a larger 64oz container. This is not like a lacquer or other clear coat type of product you see on most indoor wood furniture and for that reason if you get too much in an area or other issue, you can just wipe it off and let it dry. The ease of you is phenomenal and im 65 years old. I’ve also included pics of previous projects. I’ve moved chairs into my garage as it’s raining outside and the chair that’s shown in the last photo was just completed. I’m letting it dry and after 1 hour I’ll wipe off the excess teak oil and it’s done, beautiful. As a kid I’d refinish the teak on large boats just coming out of dry storage in MN. As I grew older I began to appreciate the value of teak both in its strength and in its resistance to Mother Nature. I have tried many products from Minwax to that what’s actually called Teak Oil. I have never found a product like Nordicare. As a 65 year old cynic, I’ve researched a ton of products and have used over a dozen but the ease of application and the end finish is better than I’ve ever experienced. First you need to make sure than any other finishes are removed either through sanding or through the use of the green scotchguard pads. This product is extremely thin and a little bit goes a long way. I used a sponge and there was little waste and any over runs were quickly absorbed. It’s not a shiny finish more so, a nice natural teak glow that not only repels water but it looks as good today as it did when it was first applied. Definitely the go to product for getting beautiful and long lasting results. .

Good but Smelly
Purchased to seal my patio furniture. Provides good coverage but there is quite a smell/odor. As the furniture is outside, it does not present an issue. If you are sealing indoor furniture, I'd recommend a good ventilation system as the smell will be overwhelming.

~Quality Oil for Wood Furniture
Worth every penny. This is a quality oil for wooden outdoor furniture. Once applied, the oil brings a beautiful hue to the wood. I let sit for about 30 minutes, then wiped off the excess oil. After the oil dried, the furniture wasn't sticky. Brought new life to my faded outdoor wood furniture that lasted all summer.

easy to apply
This product is easy to apply with a rag or paint brush. Gives teak a beautiful golden finish. Wish the product would last more than one summer!

an improvement on factory finish on cheap outdoor furniture
I bought some inexpensive wood outdoor furniture on Amazon and decided to hand sand it a bit and apply this sealer in hopes it would make the furniture last longer. We’ve had quite a bit of rain in between lots of intense sunshine, and it seems to be holding up well. Granted this is only a few months in so We’ll see in about a year how it holds up to a season. I imagine I’ll be reapplying. So far good.
