Rapid delivery, very easy, in the end, to program
Arrived in 3 days despite the estimated delivery date being 3 weeks away.I too could not program it using the remote to remote method.I then tried the 2nd method of plugging it into the receiver, but that did not work either. My receiver board was not like the diagram supplied.I did eventually program it and it works very well, very pleased.The supplied instructions were incorrect where they say "Disconnect your receiver". It has to be connected and have the mains power supply on. The receiver board should not be removed, there are two holes in the plastic front to plug in the new remote. just plug it in and then press the button you want to be used on the new remote. A few LEDs flash on the receiver and I kept pressing for 5 seconds. That's it.

Quick and easy
It arrived quickly but I could not use the remote- to- remote method of coding it for my garage door. I emailed the supplier and got an immediate reply which encouraged me to use the other method. It worked and is working perfectly.

Got it working eventually!
Ordered this as a spare. Instructions not the best & couldn’t get it to programme from existing remote, but looked on web & managed to get it working after plugging it into the door control panel. Now does the job.

First Class !
Excellent replacement key. 15 year old original been replaced, after a few years of poor reception, batteries not lasting, total frustration with low range. Now, brilliant reception, key works from long distance. There are some excellent U Tube videos by SOMMER showing how to set up your replacement key.
