Absolute Garbage
I would give these products by this manufacturer a -10 if I could. We bought the Blue Clean 2000 PSI Max Pressure Washer and used it a couple times then drained it and put it in our shed (large wooden nice shed that also houses our pool pumps), we took it out today to use on our pool. Water leaked from the bottom. Called Blue Clean's customer service and they said it froze and cracked because we didn't winterize it, which is ridiculous. I'm a scientist (coastal scientist at that), I know how water works and a tiny bit of water even if it froze shouldn't have cracked anything in this machine. They also said we were over the 1 year warranty period, we bought it on 05/22 and it wasn't delivered until June 1st 2017, today is June 8th. We drained it before we stored it and our shed is always above freezing, we are in Virginia were it doesn't get that cold over winter. We've had several pressure washers in our lifetime and have never had to "winterize" them with anti-freeze as the customer service rep suggested, nor does it say to in their manual. They refused to fix the issue or do anything at all. I wasted close to $200 on this piece of absolute garbage and will never ever buy one of their products again. Don't waste your money. Many reviews on their products across the web state that these are one use and toss machines, nothing more than expensive plastic pieces of trash.

No Repair parts available, must trash machine.
This AR 383SS pressure washer performed well for about a year, then due to a crack in the water line some silt got into the water and caused the pump seals to leak, letting water into the oil chamber of the pump. When I called the factory they said that there are no repair parts available, not even a seal kit. They told me that the machine is not repairable and that I should discard it to trash and buy a new one... THERE ARE NO REPAIR SOLUTIONS. The best they would do, is allow me to buy a new one from the factory at about the same price as Amazon prices, NOT ACCEPTABLE.I will never buy another AR machine again, because if anything happens to it; it's trash.
