Flavor:Lemon Sour In 1872, an Englishman, Elliot Stubb disembarked in Peru with the aim of opening a bar. In his bar, Stubb’s signature cocktail was a “sour,” which was made with whiskey, a citrus mix and sugar. The new drink spread to social clubs and eventually became lemon based in the USA for such drinks as Whiskey Sours & the Old Fashioned. Our mix is incredibly versatile and contains only the finest natural ingredients, perfectly blended for a wide range of cocktails.

Product I received is too close to expiration date
First off, I LOVE this margarita mix and was thrilled to see it available in cartons rather than the usual glass bottles. I bought a whole box thinking it would last awhile, but when It arrived I noticed that the expiration dates on the cartons are only six months out. By comparison, last time I ordered a case of bottles from Jet and the expiration was almost two years from when I purchased it! So either it doesn’t last as long in the cartons or the seller is offloading old product... I suspect the latter.

Stale dated product
Great margarita mix. My absolute favorite actually. However, I was unable to use the mixer as intended as an item to fill in several gift baskets that I am making to give to exceptional nurses working overtime to care for patients suffering from coronavirus. The baskets were part of a morale booster idea. It is because of the “best by date” being so close that we could not make the baskets. I got a letter explaining the best by date not being an expiration date but unfortunately being in healthcare I am not permitted to give out stale dated product. Unfortunately I have to waste the box of mixes.

An expensive case, all out of date!
I love this product normally, but I spent over $78 on a case and it's all out of date, by over a month and a half. I am not happy about this...

Almost expired.
I have ordered a case twice. First time the product was great. This time the order arrived with less than 3 weeks before the expiration date, and tastes a bit old. Unfortunate.

Expires in less than a month!
First time I ever write a review, I was shocked today to see the margarita mix we got today expires on May 2nd that's less than a month. When I purchase this same mix in a bottle at Target the shelf life can be up to a year. Not happy, learned my lesson will continue to buy at Target.

Expires in weeks !!!
Warning, we just received our box three days ago and it expires in 5 weeks, so do t buy if you don’t plan on using it all at once !!!!!!

Best Margarita Mixer
We used this as our Margarita mix at our wedding. It made it super simple and cheaper in the end because we only had to use the tequila and mix... it's that good! We have used this mix for a couple of years now and would recommend it to anyone. Also loved the opportunity to buy in bulk for our wedding!
