Good sized mat for any bench
Bought it for my forthcoming Ivybridge driven machine build at Easter !. Have only "tested" it with insulation tester to confirm integrity of safety resistor ( measured about 2Mohm) . Can't check resistivity of mat itself , it's beyond the capacity of a 1000V megger >4Gigaohm/cm virtually insulator so I hope it's not !

Why do I need all this kit???
You should buy this if your doing any work with electric, In my case, My PC. Without this, I may have a static charge go from me to my PC thus destroying the very part im installing. Even if there is no obvious signs, Months after you install your new kit, You might see damage but by then you wont be able to trace the problem, It will have happened at stage one without this mat. So save yourself time and tears, Buy this mat and also a static wrist band by amazon to insure safe working conditions to avoid either death to your hardware or...Yourself.
