Comparable quality at a much nicer price!
I agree with a previous reviewer: this is a good quality ink replacement option at a much lower price than what Canon offers. So far, the quality is comparable to the original Canon ink that came packaged with my printer, and was less messy to install, to boot. This combo pack also comes with an additional 270 XL BK (the large black ink used for printing text) tank--so you get two of them--as well as a 271 XL BK (the smaller black ink used for photo printing) tank! The "similar" combo pack offered by Canon on Amazon costs three times as much and you get two fewer tanks (no 271 XL BK and only one 270 XL BK tank). I believe the Canon combo pack comes with some glossy photo paper, but, for my purposes that is inconsequential. To me, it was a no brainer: pay three times less for lots more ink! Something noteworthy is that when I installed this non-Canon tank, the message displayed on my printer read something like, "Genuine Canon Ink Installed," which I found amusing. So far I am very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend the product to other customers. The one teeny, tiny side note I feel I should provide is that the item was delivered the morning after the Prime guaranteed date/time; however, that was a minor detail--not even a flaw--for my needs. The (very cute) packaging was intact and the contents were undamaged. Excellent overall experience.
