This isn't another diet that can be a fail, this is a whole lifestyle change with the ability to still enjoy life and have the things you love.The first part of the book talks about Jasinda's journey and it will cause you as the reader to take a cold hard look in the mirror at yourself. I know it did for me.The second part she breaks down what needo to be done. It will feel overwhelming at first, but keep reading. Don't put it down and don't feel discouraged.The third part of the book breaks down the journey (not the diet) into 8 weeks. It makes it seem so much more manageable and able to do. Nothing scary there!The fourth part includes some faqs, playlist, and even some great recipes. There is also recommended cooks books and additional reading.Jasinda's plan sets us up for a life long change, not a diet that will cause the weight to come back on as soon as you are done.This reader is ready for the challenge.

I bought this book with trepidation. I am not plus size. I already work out. I don’t live in the States where it is easy to find different substitute food items. I live in the central valley of Costa Rica and am an avid hiker in the mountains surrounding our house. How could this book be for me?Well, it was! I want to improve my health and get in better shape, so I bought this book and read it in two days, because I couldn’t put it down. I loved reading Jasinda’s story (I have been a fan of her books for a while). She totally inspired me personally (if she can improve her health after so many tries, with 6 kids and 1 finicky husband, I can do it too – with 0 kids and 1 finicky husband). I love how she researched TONS of different health and diet plans, and then threw them all out – and went with what she knew to be true in her gut. Very eye opening to me about the sugar and black and white plates. I’m part of her Facebook group (isn’t she the coolest to do a group for us?) and can’t wait to do her challenge!Thank you, Jasinda! YOU ROCK!

Worth the read
I purchased this yesterday and read it all in one evening. I am a huge fan of Jasinda's romance books and I also am obsessed with healthy living so I was really looking forward to hearing her story. I could relate to a lot of her lifelong relationship with food.I think what she has changed for herself and her family is amazing and while I disagree with some of the foods she has not given up, especially in light of the risk of diabetes, I think everybody has to find their way. She may eventually discover what I have discovered - as I am sure her journey is still evolving.Great read, especially if you have a lifelong dysfunctional relationship with food and addiction to sugar.

Interesting & Inspiring
I was so excited about this book! My favorite part was actually Jasinda's back story. It is nice to know that I am not also e in some of the feelings I have had about my body. A lot of the information I knew, but this book gave me tools to try to make it work for me. The printable recipes and guides will be a great help in this lifestyle change.

Ready to join the Wilder revolution!
This is my first health book (notice that I didn't say diet!) And found it easy to read and Jasinda`s story has been an amazing journey. It's one that inspires you to be a healthier you. I'm ready to make the change, using the Wilder Way! Thanks Jasinda!! Let's go kick some butt!

I'm so excited to do this challenge!
I just finished reading this, and I'm excited to start the 8 week challenge. I love that everything is spelled out and listed. I really enjoyed Jasinda's story. The book is not only a great resource full of advice and information, but there is a lot of inspiration in it too. It is very easy to see that a lot of work went into this book, and I really appreciate that. It definitely seems like something I can do, and I look forward to doing it.

Inspiring
This is a very personal account of Jasinda's journey back to health and fitness. Whilst the information is available elsewhere, the book offers the opportunity to try for yourself with the guidance she offers, along with journals and recipes. It's hard in the UK to get a lot of the foods and lots of American stuff I have never heard of but you can still follow the principles of healthy eating and moving more. This is all backed by a facebook support group of 1000's and motivational and supportive videos from Jasinda who answers questions and reads most or all of the posts and regularly comments. It has worked for me and I fully recommend reading this and using as a tool to assist you. There is no magic solution to losing weight you have be committed, make changes and give it time. Jasinda did it and I thank her wholeheartedly because reading this book made me believe I could do it too.

Inspiring and hoping it helps me!
I've read the book from beginning to end and really like Jasinda's ideas in it. I like that she has given her when personal story and written this book to help others to live healthy and lose weight.I have always struggled with losing weight, going up and down, I have started this today following her 8 week challenge and really looking forward to doing it and seeing results! I'm leaving off the fifth star to this rating until I have done a bit more of the challenges and hopefully see some great results!I do recommend it to anyone who wants help losing weight/having a healthier lifestyle because I really think Jasinda has made it real simple to follow. Being in the UK there are obviously some differences in foods that we maybe can't get here like in the US but the group on Facebook for this is definitely a must as well because there are loads of help and questions answered within great ideas from others too!

Amazing and insightful....
Absolutely amazing, I'm on week 2 and I have lost 10lbs so far. I love the fact you get her n her familys personal story. It's extremely informative and she talks you through it very well. I will try and stay on target. I like the fact there are daily and weekly planners to guide you along.

Encouraging
I love reading Jasinders books and it was encouraging to read someone else's struggles regarding weight loss. Although I have recently taken up running and have begun to cutting out sugar from my diet, reading the book has given me the boost to keep going and knowing that it is achievable.Great to read a real life perspective with no hidden gimics. Thank you Jasinder.
