Well I didn't test it for the ability to withstand a cut to the hand, but one did rip after my second time using it , and I was only carrying wood. So I'd say this wasn't the best purchase

Dewalt makes a pair of these for about $14 that sell at Lowe's. I purchased them for my team for a project and we fell in love with them. Obviously these aren't something that last forever, so I was trying to be cost conscious and find some that wouldn't cost as much.Ok, so knowing I wasn't spending but half as much, I didn't expect the same quality as the Dewalt ones, but these were horrible. They went to pieces within the first hour, and not even under real strenuous conditions. I opened them up to use around the yard shoveling and raking, not even doing construction work like normal. The material coating the gloves just wore away within an hours.... if I could have returned them, I would have but it had already been beyond the return policy when I tried them.Just spend the money on a quality product.

This order was for three pair of gloves, as advertised by the seller "Dowellife." I received two normal pair and two gloves for the "Right" hand. I have never seen a person with two right hands. And I have a left and a right, not two rights.

I needed a finger free to use on our computer screen and cut a hole, very easily done, in the forefinger of one of the gloves. They are very good as far protecting your hands from cardboard cuts etc. I wear them to break down freight and stock.

I have both ANSI 5 level cut resistant to lower ones depending on what I'm cutting. Someone's ANSI 5 level is too thick if I'm making repetitive cuts for thinner material and do not need the full protection.These gloves are just the right balance for cut resistance on my hands and do not get tired after heavy use 👍

nah. These didn't work well. Shrub thorn put tured right thru the glove. Worth about 3 dollars to me. A lot of $5-$10 gloves that will perform better.

These gloves are amazing. I have been wearing them as I do gardening, moving my pots outside for the summer, moving rocks. They have not only helped me from getting injured, but given me a better grip, kept my hands clean and I haven’t broken one fingernail. They are fairly thick but coated with a rubber type substance on the palms. They fit well, and are comfortable. I have smaller feminine hands and got a medium. I wish I had gotten these sooner, they really are so helpful to have.

I use these gloves while removing zebra mussel covered rocks from my swimming area in Lake Champlain. Zebra mussels have extremely sharp edges that can slice your hands very badly. These gloves provide complete protection. They fit well and put up with a lot of abuse without showing wear. They are great safety gloves at a very good price.
