Almost perfect
I have been using foam like this for over twenty years while working in The Air Force. This foam is exactly the same as the material we used then. I would have given five stars if it weren’t for the paper used on the back of the foam. The instructions would have you draw your tool outlines on the paper. Every type of marker I used rubbed of easily. Another drawback was I couldn’t find a way to hold my tools steady while drawing the outlines. They would slide around making accurate outlines impossible to draw. If you use a Sharpie type marker and draw on the front of the foam, you can wipe the excess ink off with rubbing alcohol after you make your cuts. Another drawback to trying to cut through the paper first is your entire blade will gum up with the adhesive. If you cut the foam from the front only the very tip of the blade will gum up.

Great product, steep price
I wanted to organize my tool box so decided to copy the way the military does it. This is the same style foam they use with the contrasting colors. The end result is great. To get to the result, it is very time consuming to cut by hand. I recommend using sharpie to trade your tools as pens and pencils will easily wipe off. Change blades often and it makes it easier. My biggest complaint about the foam is the price. You could easily spend more in this brands foam than you do on your tool box. I searched far a wide for an alternative that would be close to this and it was difficult and due to time constraints of needed this project done I was forced to pay a premium. Another note, their website said this would fit my craftsmen toolbox but was about 1/4 too big. Not a huge deal just another cut to do.If this product was half the price, I would organize my entire life with it

High Quality, just need patience for the cutting process
Ordered multiple sheets of this foam for my toolbox at work. It is 2 separate pieces (the top piece has an adhesive backing to stick to the bottom sheet once you are done cutting). It was pretty much exactly as I was expecting as it is very similar to what is used in the toolboxes I used while in the Navy. I would advise to have a few new blades on hand if you plan on doing more than one drawer or a large amount of cutouts. I did 11 drawers and went through about 6 or 7 blades. The foam is just really rigid and after about 10-15 cutouts it was pretty much just ripping the foam, not cutting it. It does take patience but the end product is sharp looking. Foam is high quality and will last a long time. I have no complaints other than the need for fresh razor/exacto blades every so often but its not that bad.

Time consuming ,but worth it ?
Works great ,very time consuming kinda pricey ,looks greatIf you don't have a hot knife it doesn't cut as nice. Meaning rough cuts , getting off track due to force used etc.Get a hot knife to cut I recommend it .I attached a pic of what mine looked like when I finished .But not bad

Less expensive that the 5s Supply website
I don't know why it is more on the 5s Supplies website, but it is the same stuff. I use this foam all over my work lab, I have purchased from Amazon and directly from 5S supply, there was no difference. If you are OCD, this thing is really fun to play with, especially if you have time at work to waste and an X-acto knife!

Not worth how much is charged
Works fine.... Will never pay this much again.

The quality of the foam is nice. The way it was packaged however
I ordered the 48"x54" sheet. The quality of the foam is nice. The way it was packaged however, was not. It came rolled up in a box resulting in several creases. Due to the tracing/backer paper being wrinkled and kinked up, approximately 3/4 of an inch from each end was pulled away from the edge. All of the wrinkling made the tracing/backer unusable. You will need a sharp blade for cutting the foam, a hot knife might work well.

Decent product but expensive
I had high hopes for this foam as I am trying to organize my garage. I found it overall a decent product but there are some problems with it. First, the backing for the adhesive is very slick so trying to stencil each tool is a challenge since most markers will not stick and the only one I found to work was easily wiped off. Second, the foam is sturdy but hard to cut with a blade. I didn't want to spend another $100 on a hot knife cutter and in fairness straight lines are not easy to make when you can barely see the line you draw (see issue one). Finally, the adhesive is great but I found that the layer would pull away in some places when you removed the white backing.Anyway, with all that said, it turned out ok and my tools are easier to find now. I am not a perfectionist so the odd cuts and curvy lines are ok with me and I will probably use more of this stuff later on. There really isn't a better option.
