Four years later...
Four years later and my girlfriend still looks forward to her magazine arriving in the mail.I started buying her a subscription years ago as a 'stocking stuffer', and it's become a bit of a tradition; I just keep renewing the subscription, so it's an easy Christmas gift for me ;)She reads it cover to cover and then stores it away for recipes and for other bits of information. We've purchased a number of different 'gluten-free' mags, but this one is by far the best we've found for overall content. Yup, there are a few ads in there, but that seems to be the norm nowadays.Five stars. If they keep printing it, I'll keep buying it for her.

My adult daughter was diagnosed with Celiac's disease a year ago and she has had a hard time adjusting and this magazine has helped her alot. My daughter requested the subscription for Christmas and I ordered it for her, hoping that it would help her with planning meals etc and it has proven to be a wise investment.

Mostly recipes
I've only gotten one magazine, so it's hard to really render judgment. But it's mainly full of recipes, some very high in calories. I can buy a cookbook for that. Will be interested in what else they do.
