Returned this book. It was not the first edition as advertised but a 2016 edition that was smaller, and had much inferior pictures of paintings than the first edition that i had seen in a local library. Disappointed with product. I will definately check with sellers from now on that I am being sent the correct edition.

Can't get enough of Renoir. Although it is not an expensive art book, it gives a complete view of his work, A wonderful inexpensive book for those of us on a limited budget and great for the children too to get a taste of great art.

Great book. However on later inspection the book seems to be coming apart from the front cover.

Having also bought the Degas book in this series I find this just as good BUT why isthere no cover with details of the other books in this series and it was a little damaged on a corner .

Lovely overview of Renoir's life and work. Excellent range of his paintings. This whole series of books is a very useful guide to these artists
