I am already using one godrej AC from more than 15 yrs so I bought another one for another room 1 ton 5 star, the installation was hassle free and the person's came for the installation were very polite and done the installation very nicely in a precise way, the product performance is best so far, I have a big bedroom and it cools the bedroom in less than 5 mins. No need of 1.5 ton ac which I was thinking to buy. Overall a great product with comparatively less price than any other popular brands. Need to check the energy consumption.

Product is good,installation team is hopeless.after coming to premises they charged more installation charges when compared to actals mentioned in here.their behaviour was arrogant and pathetic

Great ac to own and use. No noice and with good options and low electricity consumption.

Good Fan speed and less noise. Remote control is hard to operate.Cooling is great and fast. Recommended for 10x10 sqft room

Good cooling efficiency. Quite operation. Useful and practical features like the display control, turbo cooling, sleep function, timer on/off. Surprisingly no AAA batteries provided for remote and installation quality leaves a lot to be desired for.

I regret buying this air conditioner. It is extremely loud-much noisier than a ceiling fan, making it hard to sleep or even have a conversation in the room. On top of that, the remote stopped working within six months, which was really frustrating. The so-called "100% pure copper" coil got damaged within just 1.5 years, which is unacceptable for a product at this price. Cooling is also very slow, and it takes forever to bring the room to a comfortable temperature. Overall, a terrible experience-definitely not recommended

Bought 1ton 5 star split AC on 3rd march, paid 33.9k, got the delivery on 5th march , customer care from Godrej called me promptly for installation and co ordinated very well with concerned person, got it efficiently installed the same day. Installation costed 1.5k+ GST as mentioned during product purchase.I had to buy a stand for the outdoor unit and I also bought stabiliser for better safety (although the product has an inbuilt stabiliser)Good service by Godrej and I highly recommend.I can write a better review of the product after using for at least a week or so, but initial experience is good, noise level is quite low.
