It's a good product, and I'm satisfied with it. However, when the voltage rises above 260V, the stabilizer turns off. It turns back on only when the voltage drops to around 245V. Overall, it's a good product.

I installed the V-Guard VG 400 stabilizer for my 1.5-ton air conditioner in an area where voltage fluctuation is common, especially at night. After installing it, the AC compressor started operating normally and cooling performance improved. It will cutoff the power if the voltage fluctuate and I used it with my 1.5 ton AC and recently in mid night it cutoff the power and ac turns off and it will not start again automatically most of the times I have to restart it manually in midnight and then in 20 seconds it cut off again very much frustrating in the night. I suggest buy a stabilizer from a local vendor near you as he can give you a good product that works fine in your locality ( I have a 7 years old stabilizer bought from local vendor and of same price range no issues so far). Very disappointed with such product.

This doesn't take load of split AC. Light gets on but AC is not on. This model was suggested by Amazon while purchasing. Pl repace with higher model
