Easy to use, tasty. The only problem I had to start with was lack of directions - how much powdered cheese to how much milk. Equal amounts.

this is one of my guys new faves. Toss this cheese into some cooked pasta, add some parmesan, red peppers, whatever seasoning you like and top with some asagio. Fake on high and you have a great casserole. There are dozens of variations but it's always a hit at my table. The cheese is decently creamy. Tastes good. Very cost effective. I'll be buying more!

I bought this for a recent backpacking trip to have a supai. I was tired of paying the exorbitant prices for freeze tried backpacker meals and decided to make my own. One of the meals I opted for was backpacker mac and cheese. This powdered mozzarella and the powdered butter that I also purchased at the same time coupled with all the other ingredients made my mac and cheese the envy of camp. This is definitely going in my list of camping essentials.

I opened the bag and got smacked with a whiff of cheddar.. and I don't like cheddar.It's probably the only cheese that puts me off.. including leaderkrantz.. or however that's spelled.fresh Mozzi is mild... very little fragrance. To me, this smells somewhere between teenager gym socks and spoiled milk.If you dig cheddar.. you'll probably be happy with this.
