I dont use cheese much, so its always going bad on me.I was looking for a shelf stable option of cheese with minimal to no fillers... which is kind of impossible. After about 20 products I found this brand. It's a bit spender than the others, but worth it to avoid wood cellulose and other add ins.Tastes great, easy to sprinkle on and use.I will buy again for such great quality

Mix this with dried potato flakes and milk, tastes great.

clean & good but, not much flavor to ‘me’.. i actually alternate between 3 of judee’s powdered cheeses to add flavor & some texture in the carnivore egg wraps i make.. this cheddar i cannot taste it at all in those, the Parmesan one i can so i will stick to using it only after i run out of this cheddar and the mozzarella one.

Works great in a backpacking recipe for an herb and cheese spread. The taste is on point.

I must have mouse dna. I love cheese to a fault. This is a quality product. I use it in salad dressings and sauces. I would recommend this product.

When I opened this I expected something different. The texture is very fluffy...but the flavor is good. Pours easy and great to use various dishes for a cheesy addition.

I totally like- with no dislike. After struggling with the regular grated parmesan, I am SO relieved to find this powdered product, with no rocks & lumps in it I that have to spit out due to having no lower teeth. But even if I had lower teeth I would prefer this because of it's excellent & delicate flavor. I mostly use it on instant mashed potatoes. It's such a smooth & soothing comfort food!
