My husband loves this product and it helps him a lot with a sensitive stomach. It is very pleasant to use and tastes fresh. He puts a few spoons in water or fruit juice, and sometimes just takes a spoonful alone. Most important it works!

I have used aloe vera for 15 years or more. If I am having stomach acid issues, I take 2 tablespoons with a glass of water about 20 minutes before eating a meal. When I first had acid reflux, my nurse practitioner had recommended 2 tablespoons of aloe vera gel mixed with 3/4 cup of water before meals. it really seems to help.When I went to an Ayurvedic cleansing, Panchakarma, in Santa Fe 15 years ago, we were given aloe vera to take with our herbal supplements. By the way, the bottle I have states that aloe vera increases the absorption of nutrients. It also says that aloe vera is a good antioxidant and enhances immune function, helps one's joints and muscles and reduces nitrate toxicity. I am not sure about all of these claims but I know from experience that aloe vera is a healthy supplement.I keep my opened aloe vera bottle in the refrigerator. It is supposed to last about 5 months in the refrigerator.I don't mind the taste of aloe vera at all, but some people don't like the taste. Take it with some water and drink something else afterwards if you object to the taste.The bottles Amazon sells are plastic unlike the glass bottles I had in years past. However, the bottle are BPA free and ship without breaking.

This seller is someone you can trust. I had originally purchased this every month from the seller, but when I went to re order again, I got it from a different seller, and when I opened it and took a drink from it, the texture was way off. It was liquidity when they should be semi chunky, and needs to be refrigerated. the texture of the bottle that I had originally received was obviously not kept in the refrigerator and I know that’s because when I received it, it was watery very dangerous, so I called. Amazon told them my concerns and the seriousness of the seller that had replaced my other seller without knowing they explain to me how it works, and how sometimes that can happen, but they make sure that this time I read ordered from the right seller, so please when you’re ordering. Just verify that it’s the same seller. I got my items today. Opened the bottle and just like before. It was a chunky texture like it should be, and I put it in the fridge. And thankful. Amazon took care of it and also made a note of that’s prior seller, who did not respect how it should be. Which means they did refrigerate properly because it even would stands the delivery process and when I opened it. It is in perfect gel condition. Not watery once again. Seller has done a great job.
