Instead of cupcakes. Easy to bake.
Mom baked up three boxes of brownies. When cooled she spread a thin coat of "Dolly Parton" chocolate frosting (less than a full can covered all three), and finished with a few shakes of colored organic spinkles to give them a festive pop . Each small brownie portion set in a cupcake paper and put into three pastry boxes to bring to the Birthday Party location. Plenty enough for everyone. They were a big hit.

Typical brownie mix
Was too lazy to go to the store so I had it delivered. I like adding chocolate chips in it or some nuts.

Heaven in a box. If you love chocolate, these are your brownies. I tweaked mine a bit for an upgraded brownie experience but just out the box you can get a bakery style brownie from your own oven.
