Purchased this cotton balls packages multiple times. All the cotton balls are similar in size. The texture is consistent with good quality. I mostly use it to clean my dog eyes daily. It is soft to touch with good amount of thickness to get the job done. It is safe for the delicate skin. It does not have any foul smell. The price is great. Highly recommended!
