I got these pens to use for our bistro's chalkboard menu, and they’ve been fantastic for writing bold, clear letters. The white ink really pops, and the reversible tip gives you options depending on what kind of detail you need. They also work great on glass and windows, and I've used them to write fun messages on our café’s front windows—customers love it!However, cleaning them off some surfaces can be a bit of a hassle. On certain non-porous surfaces, they wipe off super easily, but on others, like our older chalkboard, they can be a nightmare to remove. I ended up using vinegar and a lot of elbow grease to get it off. So, if you’re switching up your designs regularly, just be prepared for a little scrubbing! Still, for the price and quality of the writing, I’m happy with the purchase. They’re mess-free and great for creative projects!

These are the best chalk pens I've ever bought. They write really nicely and don't rub off by accident.

Happy with these, been pretty good as far as creating weekly menus on a bit of old slate.Just started on pen #2 after having bought these a while ago and they get used at least once a day. So, not too bad, really.

Quality product delivered quickly at a reasonable price

Used to write messages and table plans on mirrors for a wedding. Have to shake a while first and press the nib quite a few times to get the ink flow going, but then they were brilliant. I wrote a hundred names and other things with just one pen. Once the ink is flowing, the intensity of the white is maintained and an even width output from the nib. Dries quickly.

These are very easy to use but unfortunately very difficult to remove! I have a wipe-clean chalkboard in the kitchen for meal planning, shopping lists etc and these were an absolute pig to remove.Before we realised how hard it is to erase, my boyfriend had drawn rude cartoons on the chalkboard shortly before his parents were due to visit. Cue a stressful 20 minutes of scrubbing with cold water, Windolene, Elbow Grease, Pink Stuff, white vinegar etc. Would it budge? Would it heck!Long story short - I am back to using regular chalk, the boyfriend is banned from dodgy doodles and his parents wonder why we have a ‘funny looking dog’ on the chalkboard!

These work pretty good on paper. The larger sizes get absorbed quite a lot into paper as you can see in the image however these work perfect on glass window and wipe off easily with one spray, I expect they’ll work just as great on actual chalkboard. They can take a lil while to prime, my tip is to warm it with your hand first before shaking and then press down and hold until you see some ink leaking into the felt instead of giving yourself an arm ache clicking it up and down repeatedly.Came with a packet of label stickers which was a nice surprise as I don’t recall seeing it as part of the listing.
