Grandson loves it
They aren’t as good as older ones. But for the price, it is good

Good display piece, some flaws
Purchased as a collector. This is one of my first Transformers cars, as my entire collection up until this point has been 90s Beast Wars Transformers. That said, this is a decent addition to my collection and displays well, but it has a number of design/engineering flaws.Pros:- Excellent mold of the 2014+ Chevrolet Corvette (Z06?).- In car-mode, the body panels line-up well and most robot parts are well-hidden (except the feet in the grille).- The weapons stow away when in car-mode. Many other Transformers from this generation do not have places to stow/hide weapons when in car-mode, so I see this now as a huge boon.- Transforming is relatively intuitive. The engineering that went into the feet and shoulders is interesting; I enjoy that the wheels pivot back over the shoulder blades.- Robot-mode looks decent.Cons:- Missed an opportunity with the paint scheme. The rear tail lights, accents, and Corvette emblem weren't painted. Instead they opted to paint a huge Autobot logo on the hood with their limited resources. That could've been better used elsewhere.- The body panels are clearly different shades of blue. The doors, hood, and rear deck appear to have a metal flake in the paint, and the rest of the panels appear to be a brighter hue of blue with little to no metal flake in the paint.- In robot-mode, there are these awkward rubber flaps with pegs that are supposed to tuck into the chest plate, but it doesn't fit well at all.- In robot-mode, there was very little engineering done to hide the car components on the robot's back. Everything from the hood, roof, rear window, and spoiler is one piece and clearly visible. It gives the robot mode a turtle-like appearance and greatly limits his movements and posing.- No project-tile weapon. This is just a nitpick, but I'd prefer a weapon that fires a physical missile.Overall, I'd recommend this for collectors and would've greatly appreciated this toy as a kid.

More for older boys age 6 and up
Great toy, but a little difficult for a 4 year old to transform. I think the Rescue Bots from Playschool are more suited for a 4 year old

Hay its for 8+ a pop toy boys love. He wanted. Get it.
Got for now 9 yr old grandson huge fan of any Super Hero, Transformers or Pokemon. On this product, when opening the box and that is a chore itself, be careful for you will miss the weapons and jet nozzles AND the instructions are fairly hidden between layers of the "lid" and "bottom". But while this old man viewed his first whatever the creature's name is and had no clue what to do, my boy had already turned him into a car. But he opened the box of course and then we went plunging for the weapons and jet nozzleskeep jet nozzles on tight (some time hard to do) or else my 5 yr will swallow them.

Leave this "untransformer" with the seller
This is the worst transformer I've ever seen I just got it today it wouldn't transform correctly and the instructions are the worst. So I completely destroyed it and threw it in the trash. I wouldn't have even wasted my time if I'd have known what a piece of crap this is. I think I'll stick to the voyager and leader class transformers. Way better transformation. I guess for $5 I got what I asked for but never again. I'll spend $30 or 40 but for an actual transformer not $5 for a "cut your hands and still won't transform correctly. Trust me people cheaper is definitely not better.

a deformity in the plastic won't let it turn into a car on one side
My son was excited to get this for Christmas. I was kind of disappointed in the size how long as we have others that are about three times the size of this one. It was actually fairly easy to line up and put together except for the fact that it actually didn't line up perfectly. My friend has one that similar and her son said it was messed up. I wasn't about to exchange a toy that my son was going to mess up anyway, so I wasn't too worried about it. I would have definitely given it 5 stars if it would go together right. It looks like there is a mishap in the plastic on one side, and that deformity is making it not close and go into a car form. Either way my son is still happy to have a transformer.

Great Action Figure
Love this figurine. Nearly flawless. Only flaw is that one of the clips on Hot Shot's passenger door is cracked. Other than that, no problems.

Great Bargain
I got it on sale which was a bargain to begin with. As stated in a package I got with this, looks like it had beenlaying around for awhile. The child, six year old, seemed happy with the gift.
