Professional camera, but easy to learn for beginners.
I am a novice photographer, so I was looking for a camera I could use easily now, but wouldn’t outgrow quickly. I am so happy that after lots of research, this camera has proven to be perfect for this specific reason. There are a lot of great videos online to watch for tutorials, so I recommend watching a few after you purchase to learn how to use the camera.

Do your research
I've been a happy Sony camera user for years, and before that Minolta, so deciding to stay with Sony when I decided to go to Full Frame format was a no brainer.With that said a lot of vendors were offering various pricing at the time and it took awhile to finally settle on one. The camera has ben all I expected and more and I am very happy with my Choice. Most of the reviews I read and/or watched over a 3 week period were accurate and my expectations met.There was some delay in shipping but to be expected during the holiday season. Camera and accessories arrived well packaged.

Great Value!
I was worried that for the price, and based on other reviews that some of the accessories would be broken.Pros:The camera works great. The accessories arrived in good condition and work.Cons:The accessories are cheap and likely won’t last long. The 128 GB memory card only has a maximum speed of 80 MB/S, so it can capture HD video, but not 4K. I’ll have to buy a separate memory card for 4K.

Do not buy for taking photos
This is a great video camera. I purchased this over the Black Magic pocket 4k cinema camera due to the file type , smaller file size, and true 4K ability. Thank God I had zero expectations for taking pics with it. If you want a good photo camera stick with a mechanical shutter and do not go mirrorless. It's no better than a high grade cell phone when it comes to pics and you'll have motion blur like crazy if your subject is moving even the slightest.
