Very firm but still comfortable!
I got this for support during.....you know.Just got it so have not tried it with the wife, but I did use it last night for leg support in bed.Slept with it under my legs while laying in bed. Woke up with no back pain. Slept great! It's very very firm but not in a bad way. Just not what you would expect from a blow up pillow.Firm is what I was looking for and still comfortable!

She was comfortable and it worked but was almost too thick and high. She’s only 5’2” so I thick the smaller one would have been even better for us.

Sharp edges, cannot stay stiff for more than 30 min
The edges are sharp while it will not result in lacerations it is discomforting enough to distract you from intimate play. Next day we had scratches as if we were wrestling with a cat all night.It stays inflated for 30 min before becoming too soft for anything useful requiring some reinflation.Did not submerge it into water to locate the air leak as the "plush" may come off as it does with sweat.Pics attached

Was great for a week!..... then just weak.
Loved this- actually used it to elevate foot after surgery. Takes a lot of air to inflate, don’t try to do it manually unless you’re ready to pass-out. Used a pump and was nice and firm in no time. Was a lot more comfortable that a foam pad I used for the previous foot surgery. After a week it started losing air, at first a few breaths a day to get back up, then it was just not worth Keri g up with. The cheap little patches included with pad didn’t adhere to the velour-like surface of pad, so that was a fail.Now it’s just garbage that needs to be thrown out, and I didn’t even get a chance to use it as intended!!!😑Probably should have returned it while I could.....

Great Buy
I love this pillow. It was a little more expensive compared to other support cusions, but it is made really well and very comformtable. You can use it in many different positions. It is not machine washable, so I always use a towel or something to protect the fabric. Also, you will need an air pump. Worth the cost!
