This bar works! I am on my 3rd bar. Removes chlorine from both my hair and skin. All without a plastic bottle and without all those unpronounceable ingredients! Not too mention the reasonable price. Just sure to use a soap box that lets the bar dry, one with ridges the hols the bar up.

I swim 3-5 times a week and have not been able to get the chlorine smell off of my skin with my normal soap. I’ve been using this for a week now and it gets rid of the smell and the dry skin itching from the chlorine. With the ingredients being natural and not extensive, I’m also comfortable using it on my little one after we take her swimming in the pool.

I’ve been swimming about 4 times per week for the last 5 years. When I first started, I noticed that the pool water would irritate my skin (red / itchy). I searched Amazon for something to use when I rinse off after swimming and came across the Newton Bay swimmer’s soap. I liked that it’s a bar and is gentle on skin, so I gave it a shot. It worked like a charm! Been using it ever since. I like the 5-pack the best. Well worth the money to me and will continue using it as long as it’s available. Highly recommend for swimmers looking to eliminate the effects of chlorine on the skin.

Removes chlorine but leaves skin dry. The square corners make it harder to use and I don't like the color and little bits of stuff inside. Looks kind of gross.

Works well, but need to scrub, rinse, scrub, rinse, scrub rinse one last time. So, the price really hurts for the small bar size. I do prefer a bar over gel, so I do like that. The smell is pleasant. It does leave the skin soft - definite plus. I feel bad not giving a perfect review, but it’s because I think it’s overpriced.

I'm happy to recommend this soap. I've developed a chlorine allergy, and careful washing with this soap keeps my skin happy. It's what enables me to keep pool swimming.

I swim at the gym a lot. My skin feels a little rough after a swim, even with protection lotion. I used this right after and my skin was smooth. It didn't feel like an obnoxious amount of lotion or anything. It washes out like a normal soap bar. I think even the chlorine smell was gone.
