this product made my 60 year old and and overplucked eye brows look normal again. great brush..picks up the finest hairs and hides the grey ones

I am actively returning this order because the product was not in original new packaging. I do not purchase makeup items that I cannot reasonably assume have not been opened and/or used. This item said ‘new’ so would expect the original packaging.
