The Taco Bell of Guitarrons
I purchased 2 of these for my high school mariachi through a local dealer. Though the instrument is very well made and seems it will stand up to the rigor of school use, it is totally unusable because the nut and "thunder wing" saddle are set so low. These are adjustments that can be made but wow, I dont think anyone who really plays a guitarron was consulted it the set-up of these instruments. The strings are also... different from standard strings. A couple broke right away. My experienced guitarron players were very disappointed by these instruments. They are currently collecting dust until I have some time to work on them over the summer. I do not reccomend.

Horrible instrument!
As a Mariachi educator I would never recommend this brand. I’ve been a Mariachi musician for over 30years and educating for over 10 years. A school I worked at ordered these guitarrones and vihuelas and quickly realized their mistake. They were unplayable and poorly designed. Please stay away from this brand of Guitarron and Vihuela. Vendors don’t be fooled by this company. They only want your money and do not care about the quality.

Quality and sound!!
I know this from experience I tried every model of guitarron they have for this brand and they are the worst… it shouldn’t even be considered a guitarron everything wrong with it.. the weight is way too heavy, not the proper wood to make the instrument, sound is way too muted because of the type of wood, those are not proper string or bridges either to make a guitarron.
