Vichy Neovadiol Magistral Elixir Oil Face Serum, 1.01 Fl Oz

This is an awesome elixir!!! So glad I found it. Feels great and mixed with Vichy thermal moisture it makes me look more vibrant and younger!

I love it because it spreads smoothy and makes you feel like you've done something wonderful for your skin, but in reality and truthfully, I am 61 yrs old, no work and need a real facelift. So at this point nothing really will change,, but good luck or the young!!!

oily not greasy....best for application at night

I have been using this for a little over a week and I am surprised by how much I like it. I was skeptical when it arrived. It seemed fine, but not amazing.I am happy to that my skin really looks noticeably better. There's a healthy glow that I really love when I look in the mirror. My skin feels great!

I applied this to my face and neck but avoided my eyes since the facial image on the directions did not highlight the eye area. Note that the directions are written on the inside of the box, so I had to tear it open to read them.This elixir has a clean scent and does not feel oily once it got absorbed into my skin, which was almost immediate. Neverthless, I prefer cream moisturizers and definitely like their LiftActiv Supreme over this "oil" even though it moisturizes just as well.This product is made in France but most of the writing on the package appears to be in Russian. I would really have preferred the application directions to be either on the bottle, on the outside of the box, or as a paper insert inside the box rather than having to tear open the box at the seams to read them.Overall, I would definitely choose a cream moisturizer over this replenishing oil even though it did a good job of "quenching" my skin. NUXE from France is my favorite brand of moisturizer with Oil of Olay a close second and their LiftActiv Supreme a more preferable moisturizer for me than this elixir.UPDATE - I've been using these for a couple of months now and it seems I am having a reaction to it. My face appears windburned from this. As a result, I have lowered my rating to 1 star because of my reaction.

I loved this product so much I bought three additional bottles for family and a friend. This light oil goes on quickly and is readily absorbed in the skin. Within a week your skin texture will be softer and appear refreshed. Several commented that my skin looked different. I love the results!

I did not see much difference with this products performance versus products like Cataphil's moisturizing lotion or creams which are much cheaper. The bottle will look nicer on your dresser and has a slightly sweet apple smell, which is probably pentyll pentanoate which can be used as a solvent for fatty acids, that some might find more appealing. My wife did not like the smell.

I received a sample of this product at Ulta beauty one day. After using this for a week or so I noticed a big difference in the fine lines around my eyes and also in the appearance of my complexion. You only need a couple drops for your entire face. I absolutely love this stuff.
