Happiness Comes by Voicemail!!
UPDATE:After giving up hope of ever receiving help from Sound Oasis concerning my beloved, and Brocken sound machine, then out of the blue I received a voice mail from a man by the name of Stxxxxn returning my call of several days ago. After a very pleasant conversation I was told by Stxxxxn that he would send me a new Sound Machine to replace the broken one! I can not thank Sound Oasis, and, in particular Stxxxxn for his generosity and kindness in solving my problem! Thank you Stxxxxn!!- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -I love this machine very much! However after 60 days it stoped working. Twice I left a message with Sound Oasis asking for help but never received a reply! If you decide to buy this machine don’t expect any help from Sound Oasis, your on your own if the machine ever stopes working!!

Very low sound quality
The sound quality of this machine is worse than I expected. Almost all of the specific sound selections had routine artifacts that kept me from falling asleep. E.G. a very subtle beep or pattern hiccup that would repeat at exact intervals in the loop and my brain would fixate on them. I had hoped at least the sound quality would be better than my iPhone speaker, but it was like watching tv on a CRT in the 80s on built in speakers level low quality. Very distracting. There’s a specific sound I’m trying to drown out with white noise at night, my ceiling fan makes periodic clicks. For whatever reason, even at max volume I could still hear the clicks (something even my iPhone speaker can drown out). The unit is aLeo awkwardly shaped and too heavy and tends to fall over easily. Overall, would not recommend.

The cords fitting.
The electric cord that came with it does not fit the outlet or the machine . It constantly falls out of both of them. Even with the batteries in it.The sound goes off and I have to rest it .Please send me the correct one at no charge.Otherwise the sounds are good when it works. Please correct this problem.Thank you

Great Customer Service
I bought this as a replacement for my 10 year old Sound Oasis which finally ‘died’. This new one doesn’t work right, cable doesn’t connect properly, so it’s off and on constantly. Have to use batteries. Battery cover doesn’t fit properly with batteries in it. Sound quality is terrible. No comparison to my older one, which was amazing. I’m very very disappointed. This WAS an amazing sound machine. A decade ago. No longer able to set clock. Button quit working. Customer service was awesome about replacing my defective one. New one works great. I’m happy again.

Not worth the cost.
I bought this for my daughter but sent it back because it kept turning off and DID NOT help with her Tinnitus.

1980s programming/sound
Well, I thought the light turned off but it is so incredibly bright that it lights up the whole room. It has 1980's programming capabilities. You have to click up or down for every second to set the alarm or time. It's the same to choose your sound so if you accidentally hit the sound button once you have to click back through every sound to get back the one you were on. The off switch for the alarm is on the very top and often doesn't register one of the two times you tap it to turn off the alarm so the snooze automatically turns on. The speaker is not good. The only thing I do like about it is that when the alarm goes off the first thing it does is turns off the sounds, which is generally how I wake up (to the lack of sound--which is much more pleasant than a beep). If you don't actually wake up, it waits in silence for 30 seconds or so then start to chime very softly and gradually gets louder - which is pretty loud (which is what actually wakes up my husband). It does have a decent assortment of sounds to choose from but the speaker being so terrible kind of ruins that benefit. I thought paying a fair amount for a clock would get a better quality. I don't think I was right. I gave it 3 stars, because it does tell time, have a gentle alarm and make sounds--the three things I needed but I am fairly disappointed.

Great sounds for tinnitus.
Some other devices make my tinnitus more unbearable. Only issue is too bright.
