I love this hoodie and my dog has always liked it. Or at least he hasn't fought wearing it. I've bought the red plaid at least five times over the years. Recently, my dog ripped his hoodie and I needed to get another one quickly. The red plaid would have taken longer to arrive and we had snow due, so I chose the same hoodie but in blue plaid because it was less expensive and would arrive faster. We thought there would be no issue.But the blue plaid just arrived and it's at least one size bigger than the previous hoodie. It is so big on him that I had to use a scrunchie to tie it up enough for him to use even temporarily. I triple checked that I bought the right size, the size charts, and that the right size was delivered to me. Everything says I bought an identical hoodie, but in a different color, but it is so big on him.I'd consider returning it, but he really needs something right now and local shops don't have something that will fit him. We've always liked this hoodie, but I'm really disappointed.

Our dog was kind of nervous when we first put it on her, but now we have to chase her down to get it off. She loves it. Keeps her warm, indoors, and for her nightly walks. Machine washable, if we can catch her to take it off. She is a medium sized American pit bull, and the xl fits her just right. Easy to put on, and with the open bottom, it doesn't get in the way when she has to do her business. The red and black flannel is super soft.

I previously purchased the black and red plaid sweatshirt in a size Medium and it fit my 16 pound dog perfectly! This time purchased the black with the red plaid paw print in a medium and it was way too big for my dog. The sizes are not the same between patterns. That being said, we love the first one I purchased, it looks super cute on my dog.

KOOLTAIL dog hoodie was a recent purchase that turned out to be a positive purchase for my dog! I bought a size medium and it fits well enough. If I went with a large it would have been too big and it’s 100% polyester so it probably won’t shrink. I’ll wash it in cold water and air dry when I do. My dogs neck measures 12” and his chest is 19” an his length is 14”, he weighs 18 lbs. So this medium hoodie is a good fit! Hope this review helps you decide what size you choose!

This hoodie is a perfect fit. It’s exactly as the size guide days. We have a boxer/staffie and it’s really hard to find one to fit properly. Fast shipping was much appreciated
