Typewriter Ribbon Combo Pack of (1) Ribbon and one (1) Correction Tape Compatible with IBM Selectric II and III Made Prior to 1982

Great product! Its been weeks now of heavy use. The print is dark and correction tape works very well too! I have an IBM 1978 Selectric II, 15" wide forms and oaper model.

We have a 1964 IBM Selectric electric typewriter that is still going strong. We recently ran out of the last ribbon we had stocked up on. Knowing that our chances were slim to none, we surfed the web to hopefully find more ribbon. What popped up? Amazon. Not only did they have them in stock, but delivered them in 48 hours! I ordered 3 and they were exactly the same ribbon as I first installed way back when I was in middle school all those years ago. Who'd have thought!!!!!!!

They worked perfectly in my Selectric II, except for one of the correction ribbons. The ribbon ended up coming off the spool it winds onto over time, so I had trouble getting it on.

It is very difficult to find correctable ribbon for a very old typewriter. This ribbon snapped right in and works perfectly!

This tape ribbon fits earlier electric three models, but was not compatible with mine which was manufactured later. Check compatibility carefully. Seller was very gracious and accepted the return as it was unused.

I was very pleased to find these. I didn't know where to look for them until I thought of Amazon. I still use the typewriter for some things and now I can forget about hunting for these items.

This was just what I was looking for to replace the ink in my Selectric II- and the correction ribbon was a nice addition. Very easy to replace the ink cartridge (if you don't know how- there are plenty of videos and how-tos online that explain it very simply). I will definitely buy from this seller again!
