Needs a warning label
After eating a small cup of it I got very sick with vomiting and diarrhea . Actually these berries are poisonous if you read about them. Put a warning that you can eat a very little bit when they are raw if any.

Crop failure on my locally sourced elderberries caused me to order these, I was very pleased with them and would order again if I needed to. They arrived frozen packed very carefully, and I was able to cook up my elderberry syrup for immune support
