Item broadly as described but not without problems
The lens caps are the correct size and seem reasonably robust for the price paid. However, the "centre pinch" mechanism is difficult to operate because the finger grips are small, shallow and shiny and the springs are quite strong.Degreasing the grips by washing in soapy water and then carefully drying them improved operation a bit but to make the mechanism truly effective it was necessary to roughen the finger grips with some emery paper. After doing the modification the product performs quite well, providing the user has fairly small fingers.Subject to the above comments the lens caps work as expected and are probably worth the money paid.

It fits my lends
Works fine as a replacement. I've not used the little strap at all - it has a little sticky pad and one end and a loop handle at the other. So what could this be for? If I stick it on the lens cap I have an annoying little strap to get in the way. If I'm going to drop and loose my lens cap, which clearly I have in the past otherwise I wouldn't be writing this at all, I can still drop even with a little strap attached. Yes, you say, but you can attach the strap to something else? Well not the camera because I have more than one lens, and not to the lens because there is now where to attach it, and not to me because I don't want to attach some part of my anatomy to my camera when the lens cap is fitted. I could, I suppose tie a longer piece of string to the loop and then tie the other end to me, but now we are getting into the "using binder twine to hold up my trousers territory".
