No. The box should be sealed in cellophane and in perfect condition. It’s been opened, call Amazon for a free replacement or refund.

Q: Does Amazon accept snap.

I personally do not know as I know Snap benefits and products may vary from state to state. IN some cases state wise it can differ where they may not.
