Q: Pen came with never been used empty cartridge & listing clearly states it it comes with a blue cartridge- how do I get a blue cartridge ?!?!!

I know it's been a few years, but the blue cartridge is in the body of the pen behind the empty cartridge

Q: What point is medium?

Most would list it as a 0.5 mm.

Q: Can you use the refillable adapter for the ink?

The pen uses a standard international cartridge. If you have that size adapter, I think it should fit. Not sure how you would refill with the ballpoint. You would probably have to fill the adapter and then put it in the pen. I use a syringe to refill the empty ink cartridge.

Q: What's the longevity of the tip? Do they sell replacements?

Couldn't give specific time but the tip is very sturdy. Replacement tips are not available.
