Q: how can I deep clean it after sitting for a year?

I personally would remove all parts and hand wash and sterilize them then use the water setting to clean inside parts

Q: How accurately does it measure formula and water? Thinking of getting this to replace baby brezza that is dispensing inaccurately.

I made the same mistake! You have to do fractions to figure out the settings n not user friendly at all. I sent it back next day and got the newer model brezza

sorry,the babyexo formula machine can compatible with 110-120v outlets
