Midnight Snack Regret in a Sketchy Wrapper
Note to self: never shop hungry, half-asleep, and full of hope. I paid three times what these protein bars go for at my local club warehouse. THREE. TIMES. For that price, I expected artisanal protein, maybe hand-packed by monks. Instead, I got a box that looked like it was shipped from the island of Misfit Snacks.The product page? Sketchier than a back-alley Craigslist deal. No clear description, fuzzy photos that block out that the brand is BUILT Bar, and a title that reads like someone smashed a keyboard. But in my late-night hunger haze, I thought, “Why not?” Well, here’s why not. You will get overcharged and get a product that arrives beat up and melted. Next time I am buying from direct from BUILT or from my local grocery store.This is the last time my growling stomach gets a vote after 11 PM. If you’re thinking of ordering this, sleep on it. Literally.

The media could not be loaded. These Protein bars are a great alternative if you don't like the traditional protein bars that have that dough texture and flavor. Which my son does not like. However these puff protein bars have a nice marshmallow texture and also taste great. My son said they taste like a "RockyRoad" candy bar. Glad that we found a Protein bar that we can both enjoy while getting 17grams of protein with only 140 calories.
