I ordered this office chair and was initially very happy at the price and overall look of the chair, this is where my "happy" ended.As a person of larger proportions, I needed a chair for the larger person so when I found this on offer (25% off) and on reading the ad I couldn't believe my eyes and so I placed an order straight away.The chair came very quickly and boxed well, all parts inside the box were well wrapped up so as to cause no damage to any other part inside the main packaging box. Once all the individual parts were taken out and un wrapped to make sure everything was there and in good order, it was. The chair itself took 2 of us around 30-45 minuets to put together mainly due to the weight as it is quite a heavy piece of furniture as it arms and base are actual metal rather than coated plastic like a lot of others.Now, as I said I am a person of larger proportions ordering a chair that can hold up to 35 stone. I am way under top weight limit but over most chair limits and so finding this item priced low and weight rated so high an amazing find ..... UNTIL I sat in it and tried to use the recline featureIts at his point I felt like a stone in a catapult being fired across the room.Now i should have realised there may have been something wrong with the mechanism with it being heavy to push back to recline and before anyone brings up the twist knob to loosen, this had already been done as this is not my first rodeo with office/gaming chairs.I sat in a plush seat, yes lots of padding, happy at what I had bought and put together, reclined and KAPOW I lifted my feet slightly and was "catapulted" across the room in a "what the ....." moment i landed face down, this is NOT an exaggeration !!! I picked myself up looked back and i swear the damn thing was laughing at me.... as was my son who way crying with laughter. i checked the chair again to make sure i had not made any mistakes on putting together, no mistakes were made. i tried again to recline the chair, this time a little more gingerly and POW ... off i went again.I called Amazon to ask for a replacement as i actually like the seating as it is very plush, comfortable and fits a larger body shape well, the Amazon customer services were extremely helpful and ordered a replacement right away and organised for pick up of the medieval ballista disguised as an office chair.the replacement came 2 days later, this time the outer box left a lot to be desired and was open, i checked all parts were there and accepted the delivery.Once again, chair was made up, checked and sat in, THIS time the recline worked well and could be moved and not be fired across the room. However, i advise against buying after having had 2 delivered, i found the second had little padding on the back and could feel the bar in the back, over time this WILL cause back issues and not help your posture in the slightest.I have given 1 stars and have been very generous with this as with the issues over 2 chairs in the space of 1 week i find they seam to be either rushed to be made or made by someone who simply does not care about who or where they work for.If they can sort the issues I have had the chair will be very good but because of the issues I had I would advise to stay away from this chair and look elsewhere which unfortunately is what I have found I must do.I hoe this Helps people of larger frame or those looking for a bariatric office / gaming chair

If I had paid £150 I would be happy enough. But some areas of this are simply not up to the £300 pricepoint I paid. Apparently the warranty is not on moving parts based on other reviews.
