Corgi Model Club 261 - James Bond's Aston Martin DB5

This is slightly bigger than the original but Corgi have included all the original elements, including the baddie in the ejector seat with the correct colour clothing as the original.This wasn't the case with some of the earlier re-issues. I think they've pulled out all the stops on this one and it will make a fine addition to any collection. Or, if you just want to get the same pleasure of playing with it as you would have done back in the day, this'll do it for you. Enjoy!.

This James Bond Aston Martin DB5 is so precious to me.I had been a Corgi car collector since a very early age. When the James Bond car was launched there was also a competitionin our local paper, to write a story for a James Bond film.I entered the completion and to my surprise I won!!I had the model for years and playing with it a lot in my early years. Eventually I sold it when times were hard, for a decent amount. I am now a pensioner and have taken up collecting again. This model brings back so many memories, I am totally satisfied, thanks.

I was impressed with the model.I liked how much it was like the original model my dad bought when corgi realeased it in the 1960's.It was a great nostalgic model,and I am glad I bought it.
