each wrapped with an aluminium shield - perfect for outdoor installations
This is a superb quality cable just as pictured.PROS:- solid copper thick wire pairs, each wrapped with an aluminium shield- perfect for outdoor installations, when chasing inside walls, running under a floor near electrical sources- works perfectly with CAT6 Rj45 plugsCONS:- It is very thick due to the shielding and not very flexible (this could be a pro for some)- The tracer wires (i.e. blue/white, green/white ...) are all solid white so it might be confusing when crimping. Fortunately they are all twisted pairs so it's easy to identify which tracer it is

Too quality cable
Very high quality cable. I have gone around 35m from router and my wired download speed is no different at all. Also run outdoor under concrete. Only thing is if your going to try and feed it into RJ45 connectors make sure you get the right size. Cable is 24awg

Copper is way too fat
I ended up having to buy keystone ends just to use the cable, I kinda dismissed other complaining about the cable but it really isn't great. Besides the thickness, the orange/white, blue/white etc are just white. So if you unwrap a pair like orange, you need to remember which of the three white wires the orange one was twisted with. Real pain in the ass. Given the thickness it's also quite prone to snapping, especially when trying to squeeze it into the jack.

Highly recommended if you plan to fit this between RJ45 wall sockets.
Just received a 100m reel of this Cat6a S/FTP cable. It was delivered promptly but was loose in a box which had half broken open - that said the cable looks fine. The cable looks to be very good quality with a foil wrap around each twisted pair plus a metal braid surrounding the four twisted pairs and a robust outer sheath. All of this does mean that the cable is relatively thick and I found it very difficult to fit RJ45 plugs.I ended up terminating the cable at a wall socket which was very easy to fit when using a standard 'punch down' tool. One other thing to note is that the second wire in each twisted pair is plain white and does not have a coloured stripe which is no problem when connecting to a wall plate but is problematic if you plan fitting an RJ45 plug.

Excellent cable.
Excellent solid copper core cable. Stable 10Gbe-T and POE connections.

Good quality.
Good quality cables and fast delivery. Not very flexible though with all the protection.

Does the job
Worked perfectly for having cat6a put through walls. I terminated these using keystone jacks and mounted in a faceplate. As mentioned if terminating you be able to plug directly in device you will need cat6a RJ45 jacks.Get 1gbps now problem. Cat6a is capable of doing up to 10Gigabit not been able to test that yet.

Gutted! Expected better
I'm gutted! Open circuit on all 7 wires after running throughout my house.I've ran around 75-100 meters worth of this throughout house, two to each bedroom. After replacing ceilings and floorboards etc I have found one length of the wire I've run is completely open circuit...not one of the 7 conductors inside has feeds from one end to the other.I have no idea how as I've been careful with all these wires and have subsequently proved that there is a break in the wire within the outer insulator.Almost as if the length has taken two separate conductor clusters and placed inside an insulated outer.Even if I had somehow pulled, bent or put a screw through the wire somewhere (I haven't as like I said I've been very careful) you would still have continuity on at least one of the wires (i.e the ground) but still I don't....totally mythed and peed off.I am not left with having to change my home networking plans after all the expensive work has been finished throughout.
