No stars if i could. I took product as directed & no difference in anything. Video says will see results after first dose. I gave it 2 weeks and nothing. Video & supplement is crap

This isn't a big deal because they're easy to swallow and shouldn't be in your mouth for very long.My only other advice is to be wary any time a supplement mentions that it's a proprietary blend, because they won't always list the exact amounts of each ingredient, as is the case with this product.

Easy to swallow pills with no strong odor which is a plus. Taking this for a little while and haven't really noticed any changes, so not sure on the efficacy yet.

I feel like I am eating less with these. I ordered them as part of a weight loss plan. These are capsules and you just take 2 per day but you need to have a little food in your belly when you take them.
