Fair price nicely made and works well for replacing an old seal to door frame.

Bought it to replace an old perished rubber door seal that was letting water through. In my case the biggest part of the job was removing the old seal because it was so old and perished it wouldn't just pull out in one piece and bits got stuck inside the door frame so need to be chased out. Once that was done fitting the new seal was dead simple. It's slightly tricky getting a good fit around the corners but it only took about 15 minutes in total to fit it (excluding the hour or so it took to remove the old one), so wasn't too much of a drama. Definitely recommend if your existing seal is drafty or leaky.

used this as the closest thing i could find to replace my safe style windows. it was a good fit but it fitted better after a slight trim and has stayed in place now for nearly 6 months.

Fantastic product easy to install, I checked it would fit by testing a small area first. I had plenty to go around the whole door. It took no longer then 15 minutes to remove the old seal and place in the new one the old one which had split and perished across the bottom. This was allowing rain in to the bottom of door. I even had a little spare to fix a small section in the front door which had split. I will replace the whole thing later on but for now it do. I would have ordered two lots had I have realized this. Very happy we had heavy rain earlier and no more water came in so very pleased. Created a nice seal and is great value for money.

I have a standard DG door and wanted to replace the seal at the bottom. I did not find it easy to install this in the groove, having read reviews I was expecting something better. Eventually did it and will see how it performs.

Did the job well

This product was used to replace the perished draught seal on an Upvc door frame. It is not easy to ascertain from the product illustration, if this product is going to install properly, so a small section of the perished seal was removed for comparison. This was not conclusive, but because Amazon's return policy is easy to invoke, it was decided to place an order. A long delay ensued between product receipt and installation, but happily this was successfully completed with relative ease, in about ten minutes. The original damaged seal had the join at the bottom of the door frame, which had led to its demise, so it was decided to make the join in the new seal at the top of the frame. Nice job!

not too bad to fit,just seemed to twist whilst trying to fit into groove.a bit of patience & all was fine.easily enough to fit a standard door.
